COVID-19 in Aspen:
Face masks are required by law in public and all places where social distancing is not possible. This includes grocery stores, retail shops, dining, public transportation, etc.
Health and Safety Protocols:
To comply with State and Pitkin County Government mandates Members and Guests are required to wear face masks while using public spaces and practice physical and social distancing by staying 6-feet apart, at all times. Ladies and Gentlemen will comply with The Ritz-Carlton requirement of wearing face masks as part of their uniform.
Enhanced Cleaning Protocols:
The Housekeeping Department has been assigned to each floor and common areas to disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces. Electrostatic Sprayers will be used throughout The Club including common areas and housekeeping services following check-out. This technology delivers precise application of disinfectants (multi-purpose peroxide and sodium dichloroisocyanurate) infused with an electric charge. This process ensures a 100% kill rate of viruses and bacteria within seconds.
Concierge:
We encourage the use of mobile check-in, mobile key, and mobile check-out, all available through the Marriott Bonvoy mobile application. To understand this process, please contact the concierge at 970.925.0000.
New Check-Out Time:
In order to properly clean your residence a new check-out time has been established for 10:00 a.m. until further notice.
Transportation:
At this time the transportation services, such as town and airport shuttle have been suspended until further notice. If needed, please contact your concierge for transportation service providers.
Elevator Usage:
A maximum of 2-people on each elevator at one time, with physical and social distancing. Exceptions for families or social circles. Please anticipate delays due to this new measure.
In-Residence Stay Safe Starter Kit:
A stay safe starter kit has been placed in each residence. The kit includes face masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray, paper towels and trash bags. Magazines, note pads, pens and other collateral have also been removed for your safety. Please contact Housekeeping or the Concierge if you are in need of any of these items.
Valet Services:
Valet services are available. In addition, Members and Guests will have the option to self-park in the garage.
Bell Services:
Bell services are available at check-in and check-out. Coffee station, water and apples have been discontinued until further notice.
Ritz Kids Room:
Closed until further notice.
White River Lodge Game Room:
Will be open with a maximum of 5-people, maintaining the 6-feet physical and social distancing, unless Members or Guests are part of the same family or social circle.
Onsite Events and Activities:
Group events and activities have been suspended until further notice.
Housekeeping:
At this time, daily housekeeping and turn-down services have been discontinued until further notice. Fresh linen, terry and amenities will be provided upon your request. Please contact the Concierge or Housekeeping teams. All deliveries will be left outside the residence door. Please place trash and discarded linens in a plastic bag and place outside of your residence.
Willow Creek Bistro and Caffé Siena:
Anticipated to open on May 30, 2020. Operation of both food and beverage outlets will follow State and Local Government mandates.
In-Residence Dining – Delivery or Take-Out:
Delivery orders will be left outside the residence. A designated take-out area will be established within Willow Creek Bistro.
